Thanks to all the readers who have taken the time to send me a note or write a positive review on Goodreads or Instagram and thanks to the reviewers who have written about the book. It makes a big difference to a book's prospects and an author's spirits.

I've also started a Substack. The plan was to post twice a week, but I'm currently working so hard on the end of book, that I can't find many more words. Okay! Back to the novel. My big goal is to have this first draft done by the end of July so I have all of August to edit it before the university term starts again.
