Last night my husband was rousted from the local aquatic centre. I blame his new motorcycle.

I thought that I should put the “lovey bunny” quote in context. Malika was talking about how surprised she was by some of the dark turns her novel-in-progress was taking.

This morning I’m off to Lord Beaverbrook High School. As luck would have it, after the reading yesterday, a student from Lord Beaverbrook gave us a demo of the school song.
